Both partners fill out the assessment separately. Your coach analyses the results together and returns a personalised couple’s report with insights, patterns, and practical observations across all four areas.
Marriage Health
25 questions that evaluate the overall effectiveness and state of your marriage, covering friendship, trust, communication, intimacy, forgiveness, and shared vision. Scored from Coma to Bliss.
Love Languages
15 questions that reveal how you give and receive love – Words of Affirmation, Gifts, Touch, Acts of Service, or Quality Time. Knowing your partner’s primary language changes everything.

A four-part assessment that gives you both a clear, honest picture of your marriage; your personality, your love language, your beliefs, and where you truly stand today.
12 questions that identify your dominant personality style: the Intimidating Hummer, Creative Convertible, Dependable Truck, or Systematic Ford. Understanding this helps you stop misreading each other.
Personality Types
20 questions that surface your core beliefs about gender roles, money, family, and decision-making. Compatibility here is one of the most underestimated factors in a marriage’s long-term health.

Sophia is a certified coach and an Associate Family Life Practitioner with the Institute of Family Engineering and Development. She works with individuals and couples who are serious about doing the inner work – the kind that creates real, lasting change.

You each complete the 72 questions independently, at your own pace, within 5 days. Your honest, individual answers are what make the report accurate.

Once both responses are in, we carefully analyse the results and prepare a personalised couple’s report for each spouse, designed to help you better understand yourselves and each other with scores, patterns, insights, and practical observations across all four areas.
A token payment of ₦8,000 is required to receive your report. The assessment is FREE. While the report is valued at over ₦50,000, our goal is to make these insights accessible to more couples.
Reports are typically delivered within two weeks after both submissions have been received.
